2011 K2 Turbo Dream

Pros: POP! First reverse camber board (not reverse camber / camber combo) that I've ridden that actually has snappy pop! Boost off jumps was definitely noticeable and ollieing on flat ground over slow signs was a breezeStable--I charge hard and this board was able to handle it no problem, getting speed for big kickers I never felt any weird hesitations or instabilityPowers through chop--I ride at Stevens Pass and we get some heavy and choppy snow here, this board powers through it beautifullySuper easy and quick turn initiation--One of my favorite things to do is high-speed tree runs and it could mean a nasty impact with a tree if I can't turn quick enough, which was not a problem with this board. Elevated contact points make for quick and smooth turnsCarving! Although this board is reverse camber (70% flat, 30% reverse camber in the tip and tail) it held an edge incredible well on the hardpack. I could lay out hard carves and feel the board powering me out of themHarshmellow tech actually works! I do a lot of flat landings and charging through choppy snow and I absolutely felt less worked after a day of riding than I normally do (and that's saying something... I have knee problems)Float-- riding powder on this thing is INCREDIBLE! I am 5'7 180 and I rode a 156 with my bindings centered and I could seriously ride with my weight totally centered and not have problems nose-diving even in heavy PNW powderVersatile--If you can only afford to buy one board, make it this! I ride this board for literally everything and whatever I'm riding I swear it feels like that's what the board is designed to do (deep powder days full of 25-30 foot cliff drops and tree runs all the way to icy park-only days... even rode this board at a rail comp at Snoqualmie and loved every minute of it)Durable-- I put ~45-50 days on this board and I don't have a single core shot on the base despite riding over rock faces, broken tree jibs, sketchy Snoqualmie rails, exposed dirt patches... you name it I rode over it and besides being a bit dirty you really can't tellRiding switch felt fine despite being a directional boardPresses and butters are a breeze, K2 really nailed it with the reverse camber shape on this board
Cons: Maybe a little bit heavy, but that could be because I'm used to riding Capitas which are crazy light. This really doesn't matter once it's strapped to your feet though, I never once noticed the weight when riding.

Comments: This is my favorite board I've ever ridden, bar none. Park, pow, groomers... this board slays them all with ease. I'm someone who normally has a few boards to ride for different conditions and I sold all my other boards after I got this one because they are unnecessary.
