2011 Rossignol Retox AmpTek
|
|
From the manufacturer:
Keeping it fresh with 90s vintage freestyle mixed with future vision. The Retox features a short sidecut radius for maneuverability, carbon and Kevlar fibers for pop, thinned out core between the feet for balance, all powered up by our AmpTek Freestyle. AmpTek combines traditional and reverse cambers to deliver the best of on-trail performance and the best of powder performance. Wrapped up with Poked Studio's psychedelic art the 2010 Retox is destined to kill the park.

As you can see, we had a love/hate relationship with the Rossi Retox. We will say that this is not a beginner board.
Even though in the air or on the rails the board felt great, the transitions left us feeling a bit more unstable then we'd like. But once you give this board a little time to get used to it, the Retox can guide you through the park's features with it's poppy and playful maneuvering.
